Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices. Sound troubleshooting skills with a strong mechanical background. Should have, or be willing to learn, knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.

Must be a certified forklift operator, or be willing and able to achieve certification. An understanding of the basic concepts of injection molding, plastics processing. ability to work without supervision. Shift flexibility,



with the ability to work overtime, is a requirement - ability to work both continental (12 hr) and conventional (8 hr) shifts, if required.
