We are looking for a 12 Month Contract - intermediate software developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality native iOS applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to continuously learn new skills and technologies, leveraging this knowledge to help advance our software products.
The software developer will work with all departments to continuously improve our product lines and exceed customer expectations.
Four-day work week, every week is a long weekend!
Flexible work environment
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Experience with automated unit and UI testing
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
Knowledge of Core Data, SwiftUI, Swift Charts, XCTest, Swift Testing, Core Location, Core Bluetooth
Knowledge of programming with C, C++ or Rust
Experience building Android applications is a bonus
Experience with Agile software development
Continuously stive to create the highest quality product
You will improve test coverage and contribute to team-oriented code reviews.
You will participate in the development of new ideas and involved in all phases of software development from Concept to Delivery.
You will also participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of the software bugs.
You will build apps, frameworks, and automated test suites.
Primarily a typical office working environment
Shop exposure is required during the prototyping and testing phases
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
Work is performed in a combination of environments which require the usage of Personal Protective Equipment
This position may be exposed to elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes and oils
Overtime as required
