McElhanney is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This position is a full‑time 12‑month parental leave coverage contract commencing August 2026 until August 2027, with the possibility to extend. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support our Finance and Accounting department.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a rapid‑paced environment and have well‑rounded accounting experience.

Receivables debit and credit memos. Daily bank reconciliation. Work with the billing team on AR follow‑up and updates. 1‑3 years’ experience in a similar role with post‑secondary training in accounting. ~ Knowledge of accounting processes. ~ Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). ~ Good customer and communication skills – written and verbal. ~ An analytical mind, good number sense and the ability to learn new accounting software quickly (Microsoft Dynamics SL).
