We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join one of our Canadian brokerage partners. This role will manage and service a commercial insurance portfolio while partnering closely with clients, Producers, Account Executives, and insurance carriers.

Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned commercial accounts. Prepare submissions, applications, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and policy documentation. Coordinate renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and other servicing needs.

Review coverage and policies to identify discrepancies and opportunities.





Support

Producers with new business, renewals, and client retention. Maintain accurate account information and documentation within brokerage systems. Provide responsive, knowledgeable service to clients and internal partners. 3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience. ~ Strong knowledge of commercial Property & Casualty insurance. ~ Experience managing a commercial book of business. ~ Robust communication, organization, and client-service skills. ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance brokerage management systems.

Licensing in additional Canadian provinces is an asset.
