We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside/Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. The ideal candidate thrives on building lasting relationships, enjoys being on the road meeting with clients, and is motivated to identify opportunities and exceed sales targets. This role is essential in growing our customer base, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that support long-term success.

Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming calls, orders, and sales transactions. Enter, manage, and close orders within the system. Contact existing customers to identify new product opportunities, promote additional solutions, and generate up-selling opportunities.

Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, opening new accounts, and expanding the customer base. Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction with order processing, product availability, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.

Source materials and alternative products for customers when inventory is unavailable. Support customers throughout the sales cycle, including after-sales service. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service levels are maintained.





Support counter sales operations and process customer returns as required. Travel within the region to service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities, as required. Exceptional customer service Ability to warm up and develop instant rapport with potential customers, develop long term relationships and generate referrals from your customers Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time Minimum of two years' sales experience (counter sales, inside sales, or outside sales) required Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing preferred Skilled in serving and negotiating with institutional and industrial purchasers, plumbing contractors, and the public Knowledge of the plumbing industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Personal Milestone Recognition Program Employee Referral Bonus Program Employee discounts on in store purchases Supplying the right solutions at the right time with our expert customer care throughout Western Canada.
