We are a large brokerage located in Vaughan, and we are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with our team. If you have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR, RIBO or OTL licensed for at least 5 years and have a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic and positive workplace. Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. ~(TAM) Agency Manager or EPIC Broker Management System, Applied Rating services and the company portals would be an asset.
