- Develop positive relations with clients and stakeholders
- Review and recommend improvements based on property appraisals
- Manage policy renewals and re-market existing clients
- Conduct transactions and invoicing for agency policy bills
- Follow up on outstanding payments daily Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience as a CSR or in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- RIBO License is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
