Team-oriented
Approach – Work closely with internal teams such as OSRs, Sales Managers, Branch Team, Category Management, to facilitate seamless customer service, order processing, and timely issue resolution.
Sales
Operations – Serve as the sales representative handling customer needs ranging from quotations and orders through post‑delivery support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and transactions in our CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and follow‑up.
Performance: Compliance to SOP’s and Policies. Prior sales and/or customer service experience is required. Exhibit a highly motivated customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build long‑term relationships focused on sales.
Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment, follow through on commitments, work independently and set self‑motivated goals. Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
