We are seeking a full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant for our manufacturing facility located in Delta, BC. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial operations within the manufacturing division of FYihealth Group, including the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close. Prepare and reconcile monthly sales order reports, ensure timely invoicing of shipped orders, and process additional sales discounts Perform month-end accounting procedures, including general ledger account analysis, preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting working papers Process full-cycle accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, bank deposits,



and reconciliations Analyze monthly accounts and reconcile to various systems used within the company Support the development and implementation of inventory counts and procedures Assist in the completion of special projects and/or ad hoc projects Completion of a College Diploma and/or University Degree in a related field ~1-3 years of general accounting experience, including experience working with and analyzing large data sets ~ Experience with ERP systems particularly NetSuite is considered an asset ~ Bilingualism English/French is considered an asset How You'll Benefit Working At Our Home Office A people-first culture, (but dogs are also welcome) We are Canada’s fastest-growing eye care provider with our Canadian-owned ophthalmic lens manufacturing facility and distribution center.
