Prepare timely and accurate customer invoicing, including using various customer portals. Complete current customer forms and set up. Manage accounting for fixed asset registers and Capital‑in‑progress (CIP) projects.

Ensure compliance with applicable taxes and statutory requirements. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, including inter‑company accounts.



Perform accounts receivable collections collection for past‑due customers.

Cross‑train and provide backup support for other accounting duties. Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Post‑secondary degree in Accounting required ~4+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience. ~ Working experience with ERP systems; Microsoft D365 or QuickBooks is an asset. ~ Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) ~ Robust working knowledge of Excel required ~ Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi‑task with minimal supervision ~ Problem solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects, driving them to timely, efficient, and accurate completion. ~ Ability to multitask on projects requiring broad skill sets, while maintaining high standards of work in a fast‑paced environment, with competing priorities.
