Treatment and major mine developments.We also have a Modular Yard facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Our engineering branch is a leading-edge division that offers innovative engineering services for our current projects and new pursuits in Canada.Our design services group are based in Calgary, Lenexa KS and Houston TX offering expertise in process, piping, mechanical, electrical and civil/structural disciplines. Demonstrates understanding of the accounts payable process workflow and is able troubleshoot payment or vendor issues Performs weekly payroll verification Understands the payroll and HR process workflows Performs basic clerical functions such as filing, copying, and data entry Perform three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order to goods receipt to invoice Minimum 3year in an accounting focused administrative or clerk role with a focus on payroll/accounting/AP Experience working in SAP is an asset Ability to be flexible and adapt to new processes and procedures in order to ensure efficiency and excellence in A/P Processing Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment Ability to understand both functional and end-to-end processes and controls Working knowledge of computers and experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent customer service and collaboration skills; Must be flexible to take on new duties as they arise. #Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

Work overtime and weekends as required.
