Accounts Receivable Coordinator Co-op

Job Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator Co-op, you’ll be an integral part of our AR team, ensuring that receivables (invoices and deductions) are accurate and up to date. This role offers hands-on experience in financial operations and cross-functional collaboration, giving you the opportunity to learn and contribute in a rapid-paced, innovative setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and organize documentation from customer portals, emails, and other sources
- Create and follow up on customer claims to ensure timely resolution
- Process cash postings in SAP and maintain accurate records
- Upload invoices to customer portals and monitor status
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to complete tasks
- Utilize Excel for reporting and data analysis requirements

Key Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills




- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
