MONTREAL - GATINEAU - LAVAL

WSP seeks a senior acoustics engineer to support its growing Acoustics, Vibrations and Air Quality team in Montreal. The role will support high‑profile acoustic, vibration and sound‑quality projects across the province, including evaluation, modelling, mitigation and monitoring programmes.

Responsibilities

- Lead acoustic consultation projects.
- Collect, process, and analyse acoustic and vibration data.
- Perform acoustic modelling using specialised software.
- Operate and program acoustic measurement equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
- Travel within the metropolitan area and across Quebec as required.
- Adjust schedule to meet project deadlines.
- Write technical reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience in architectural acoustics.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Construction Authorized Person licence considered an asset.
- Knowledge of drawing software (AutoCAD, etc.) and related tools considered an asset.
- Experience in engineering consulting.
- Initiative, rigor, organisation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within Quebec.




- Excellent French language proficiency.

Salary

- CB, AB, SK, TNO & NU: 77 400 $ – 102 500 $
- MB & ON: 70 600 $ – 97 200 $
- Provinces atlantiques & QC: 69 900 $ – 92 900 $
