The Actuarial Development

Program (ADP) within the GRO program offers recent graduates a unique pathway into the actuarial profession. Designed for those committed to FSA/FCIA designations, you’ll gain experience in Pricing, Valuation, and Risk Management while completing structured rotations. This role emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and solid support as you transition into leadership roles in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and price insurance and annuity products
- Establish actuarial assumptions and quantify reserves
- Analyze data and provide strategic advice to business partners




- Collaborate with management to identify risks and opportunities
- Support continuous improvement in procedures and methodologies Requirements:
- University degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics
- Commitment to FSA/FCIA, with at least one SOA exam passed
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
