Responsibilities
- Assist the director and paralegals of the corporate services team with daily administrative work and outstanding legal support.
- Track ongoing files and gather relevant information.
- Carry out various administrative tasks such as digitizing, filing documents in minute books and physical and electronic folders.
- Communicate with clients when necessary.
- Prepare billing documents, time entries and follow up on receivables.

Qualifications
- Holding a DEP, AEC or DEC in legal secretarial or general secretarial studies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal environment.
- Experience in corporate settings is an advantage.
- Fluency in French and English (bilingual, required).
- Self‑sufficient, organised, able to work quickly and take initiative.
- Collaborative spirit, commitment to quality, discretion and reliability.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust priorities as needed.
