We're looking to fill an opening for a Bilingual Account Officer join our Aviso Correspondent Partner team. Reporting to the Director, Partner Services and Onboarding, the Bilingual Account Officer is responsible for supporting Aviso Correspondent Partners by providing outstanding service for clients, team members and related parties.
We offer comprehensive custody and trading services to help portfolio managers, introducing brokers, and financial partners grow their business. You seek out diverse perspectives, share your knowledge and work together to help colleagues, clients and partners succeed Follow up on and gather information on client account activities for client responses Notify Partners of any transfer out requests and coordinate delivery of account with SLA Handle general telephone and email inquiries on processing activities Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary Provide reporting on client accounts and other activities as necessary Minimum of two years of customer service experience Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is required to effectively communicate with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills Excellent health, dental and insurance advantages to meet the diverse needs of our employees Generous vacation time, fitness benefit, parental leave top-up options Matching contributions to our retirement program Commitment to the continuous improvement of our staff through learning & development and an education assistance program Regular social events to foster teamwork By submitting your application, you consent to the collection, use,
