Executing purchase orders, obtaining quotes as required and ensuring that goods and services are delivered on time and meets quality standards. Daily monitoring and approving invoices posted for site in Invoice track. Entertaining all the visitors on site, help them in sign in and inform respective manager.

Respond the doorbell of front office door. Process all new hire orientation documents at the local site's level and works with Regional HR as required. Must have 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; Positive command on SAP.

Proficiency in computer use and business software applications (e.g. SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) High School Diploma is minimum education requirement.
