The Better Immigration Consulting is looking for a full time permanent ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER to join the team as soon as possible.
Location: 341 North Road, Unit 210, Burnaby, British Columbia V3K 3V8 Hourly rate: $28.85 per hour (To be negotiated) Permanent employment, Full time (30 hours / week) As soon as possible Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay Languages: English Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures Carry out administrative activities of establishment Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
