We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Property Management team. In this role, you’ll put your strong administrative skills to work by ensuring accurate data entry, preparing A/R adjustments, and providing essential day-to-day administrative support. Assist the team with general administration.

Assist the Commercial Management Leadership team and Vice President with expense reports, travel requirements and additional special projects. An administrative wizard who hasan eye for details. Microsoft wizard, specifically with Word!

Communication expert (emails, phone calls, etc.) An interest or experiencein real estate is a bonus.

Minimum

Post-Secondary Education and one year related experience in general administration or relevant combination of education.
