- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Summarize and report on meeting highlights
- Schedule and coordinate council and committee meetings
- Manage electronic filing of all necessary documents
- Assist in preparing correspondence and reports
Requirements:
- At least Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role
- In-depth understanding of confidentiality policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A cleared Criminal Record Check is mandatory
