10Adventures is looking for a friendly, conscientious and highly responsible person to join our growing team. You will help travellers plan unforgettable hiking, cycling and adventure holidays around the world, from answering questions and recommending trips to customizing itineraries and supporting guests through the booking process.

This is a great role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates exceptionally well, and likes taking ownership of their work.

We’re a growing company, so we’re also looking for someone excited to learn, take on more responsibility and grow with us. Other duties could be around writing, marketing, exploring new trips, attending conferences, or more!

What you’ll do

- Help customers find the right hiking, cycling or adventure holiday
- Answer questions by email, chat, and phone and guide customers through the booking process
- Work with travellers to customize trips to their needs
- Coordinate with our local partners around the world to book their trip
- Provide friendly, responsive support before customers travel




- Take ownership of customer questions and make sure things get resolved

What we’re looking for

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Previous customer service, sales or client-facing experience
- Friendly, patient and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Conscientious, organized and dependable
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Confident learning and using new technology
- A university degree is preferred
- An interest in travel, hiking, cycling or the outdoors is a robust asset
- Canadian resident and legally entitled to work in Canada
