Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, email, and text Create accurate quotes for glass, window film, and related products and services Welcome clients, gather accurate project information,



and ensure a seamless customer experience Process payments, invoices, and billing within our operating systems Clearly communicate timelines, expectations, and post-service care instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified reception and client waiting area Assist with documentation, insurance inquiries, and project administration when required Experience in customer service, sales, or a front-desk role (service industry experience is an asset, but not required) Strong communication skills with confidence both in person and over the phone Friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping people Comfortable learning computer systems, quoting software, and digital communication tools Competitive Pay: $45,000 – $65,000+ (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses) Monthly Sales &
