In this role as Personal Support Worker, you will contribute to the well-being of residents by following their individualized care plans.

You'll be responsible for monitoring their condition, documenting pertinent information, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, you will also have opportunities for further training and education. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in observing residents and reporting on their care
- Document essential care information as required




- Participate in staff meetings and educational opportunities
- Support the onboarding of new team members
- Follow all Infection Prevention and Control policies

Requirements:

- Must possess a Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma
- Knowledge in administering simple treatments and bedside care
- Compliance with community support and safety standards
- Understanding of geriatric residents' needs
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
