Agencies run thousands of advisors using aging software; this role owns the agency product, from commission reconciliation to agent booking submission and multi-user workflows, to extend the product to new markets and segments.
You will be embedded in sales calls, implementations, and customer escalations, shaping feature gaps, and making the technical yes or no decisions. Expect close customer engagement early on.
