We are seeking an experienced Agile Leader to guide our technology teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The Agile

Leader will be responsible for leading agile teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members, defining and managing the team's backlog, and providing technical expertise. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in software development and system architecture.

Agile Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, lean, or other frameworks. Ability to tailor practices to team and organizational needs.

Facilitation & Coaching: Skilled in running ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).



Coaching teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Communication & Collaboration: Solid interpersonal skills to bridge gaps between developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Leadership: Servant Leadership leading without authority empowering teams to self-organize; removing impediments and fostering a culture of trust. Analytical Problem-Solving ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows. Data-driven decision-making using metrics like velocity, burndown charts.

Technical Awareness: Not necessarily coding, but understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps. Adaptability: Responding to change quickly and guiding teams through uncertainty.
