As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for customer inquiries related to parts, managing service work orders, and maintaining effective inventory. Engaging with suppliers and internal teams will ensure smooth operations and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Accurately look up parts and manage allocations




- Prepare thorough quotes and coordinate delivery options
- Support inventory accuracy via proactive communication
- Participate in on-call coverage as necessary

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of agricultural parts experience preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Experience with CDK IntelliDealer considered advantageous
- Forklift operation experience is an asset
- Strong communication and detail-oriented approach needed
