We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who can balance the supervision of staff with coordinating operations at a branch, as well as be ready to jump on a forklift or bobcat when needed.

Supervising operational staff, including scheduling and regular coaching. Coordinating operations at the location, including shipping and receiving products and services, delivering and manufacturing crop protection and nutrition products. Performing operational tasks along with staff, such as loading and unloading, operating plant equipment, mixing and delivering crop inputs/fertilizer.

Normally requires a high school diploma. Leadership and team building skills. Ability to work with office computer programs, such as inventory systems, electronic mail, internet/intranet. Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries, operational issues, and supervise staff.

A current Ag Exterminator License, and/or Nutrient Technician License is a definite asset. Supervisory experience is an asset. Agriculture experience is an asset.



Indoor/Outdoor working conditions with some lifting and climbing requirements.
