You will design and develop intelligent agents, copilots, and generative AI solutions that automate processes, unlock organizational knowledge, and create measurable value for our business partners. You will contribute to every stage of the solution lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment, as part of a multidisciplinary, results-oriented team. Design and develop intelligent agents, copilots, and conversational experiences using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot to address real business needs.

Develop generative AI solutions, RAG architectures, agent orchestrations, and integrate these solutions with the organization's systems and applications. Participate in solution design, refinement, and delivery activities in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and business partners. Develop automations, connect AI agents to existing business processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of deployed solutions.

Apply AI governance frameworks and best practices in partnership with architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure secure and compliant solutions.



Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage source code and environments, and implement automated deployment, testing, validation, and monitoring mechanisms. Has expertise in Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Python, REST APIs, databases, and cloud development.

Possesses knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, agentic AI, and agent orchestration. Is proficient with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop. Advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English are required, as the successful candidate will be required to participate in meetings, collaborate with English-speaking teams and business partners, and consult or produce technical documentation on a regular basis.
