The Fortinet Training Institute is seeking a Cybersecurity AI Learning Engineer (Cloud Security and SecOps) to design and develop high-quality technical training content using AI-driven workflows to refine advanced training content and lab scenarios based on Fortinet solutions. In this role, you will create, validate, and refine the technical accuracy of training material using AI models and align the content with real-world cybersecurity use cases across Fortinet solutions. As a Cybersecurity Learning Engineer, you will: Run AI workflows to create curated and accurate course blueprints, training content, and lab scenarios Validate and refine training content for technical accuracy, depth, and relevance using AI models Design and develop training and certification courses Design and validate guided demos and virtual lab exercises Create student and instructor materials Improve AI prompts and workflows to enhance content quality and efficiency Stay current with cybersecurity trends and AI content development Ability to transform complex technical concepts Solid cybersecurity expertise Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted content generation tools Ability to evaluate and improve workflow with AI tools Experience with Linux/Windows and virtualization Prompt engineering or AI workflow experience Cybersecurity certifications Experience building lab scenarios or simulation-based training medical dental life insurance disability insurance 11 paid holidays vacation time All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion.
