- Develop and deliver hands-on training courses
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams
- Liaise with internal and external subject matter experts
- Prepare OJT training programs and assessments
- Provide mentorship to SMEs and apprentices

Requirements:

- 5-10 years' experience in aircraft maintenance
- Comfortable teaching in various environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Proven leadership and feedback delivery skills
- Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance
