Take on a pivotal role as the Senior Advisor of Stakeholder Relations at Alto, contributing to the transformative high-speed train project between Quebec City and Toronto. This position focuses on managing stakeholder interactions and technical requirements in a hybrid work setting. Reporting to the Director of Special Projects, you will act as the primary liaison between the railway project and external technical stakeholders.

Your role will involve overseeing technical integrations and ensuring alignment of stakeholder requirements. You will facilitate workshops, lead multidisciplinary teams, and manage relationships to deliver successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee integration of technical requirements from municipalities
- Collaborate with relationship managers on stakeholder engagement




- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements
- Act as primary technical liaison for project interfaces
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to track and manage engagement plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in stakeholder relations
- Valid Canadian Professional Engineer’s license or equivalent
- Strong grasp of railway engineering principles
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
