Full-Time Position Finance and Accounting Full-Time Position Reporting to the Head of Corporate Accounting, you will provide accounting, analysis, and planning support to corporate departments and artistic services. In a dynamic environment that requires a high degree of autonomy, you will be expected to maintain a partnership-based relationship with these sectors and work closely with them and your colleagues in the Finance team. Having a thorough understanding of the operations of the sectors under your responsibility and serving as the point of contact for them
- Preparing monthly variance analyses (actual vs. Contributing to the development of quarterly forecasts and actively participating in the budgeting process, while working closely with the directors and senior directors of your sectors
- Manage corporate allocations among the various business lines
- Contribute to the integration of the team's new projects while supporting initiatives for continuous improvement and optimization of accounting processes and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with the company's accounting standards and administrative procedures
- Assist in preparing external audit and tax filings, and respond to inquiries
- A Bachelor of Business Administration (B.with a concentration in accounting or the equivalent
- A recognized accounting designation (a plus)
- Excellent proficiency in Excel;
Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP
- Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
