Location: In-Office, 2300 Yonge Street, Toronto

Work Schedule: Full-time, in-office (5 days/week)

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Investments, Underwriting & Decision Support

- Support underwriting, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions, recapitalizations, and strategic transactions.
- Build and maintain financial models including waterfalls, valuation, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to support investment recommendations and portfolio decision-making.
- Prepare investment presentations and content for senior management review and investors.

Asset Management

- Support asset-level analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Work with asset management and operating teams to analyze leasing, occupancy, rental rate, NOI, capital expenditure, and operational KPIs, and identify trends, risks, and value-creation opportunities.
- Assist with business planning, hold-sell analysis, annual operating plans, and ad hoc strategic initiatives.
- Help coordinate data, reporting, and analyses required to support asset-level initiatives, and management decision-making.

Financings, Reporting & General Real Estate Business Support

- Support debt financing processes by preparing lender materials,



analyzing financing alternatives, coordinating diligence requests, and tracking closing deliverables.
- Assist with valuations, quarterly reporting, investor materials, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare market research, benchmarking analyses, and presentation materials to support investment strategy, capital markets activity, and broader real estate business development.
- Provide flexible analytical and execution support across the real estate platform as new opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives arise.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, investment banking, valuation, lending, brokerage, or private equity is considered an asset; strong internship experience will be considered.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Interest in real estate, with an eagerness to understand the operating drivers behind asset performance.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into clear recommendations, presentations, and written materials.




- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across investments, asset management, finance, and operations.
