The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our delivery teams supporting a large-scale transformation initiative focused on operational modernization and customer experience.

In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables while contributing to the delivery of high-impact solutions in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do

- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead reengineering initiatives
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for the Agile team and support delivery execution
- Collaborate with product design and customer experience teams to translate vision into specifications
- Facilitate workshops to map current-state processes and identify efficiencies
- Write clear and effective user stories to support development teams
- Gather, validate, and consolidate feedback from stakeholders
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing activities




- Contribute to change management planning and execution
- Assess impacts, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Support the Product Owner in maximizing team performance
- Produce documentation to support product and process evolution
- Support roadmap execution based on feedback and analytics insights
- Coordinate post-release support activities

What You Bring to the Table

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Core Skills Required

- Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Experience in process reengineering and business transformation
- Experience improving operational processes with business teams
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience coordinating testing and validation activities
