We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our delivery teams supporting a large-scale transformation initiative focused on operational modernization and customer experience. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables while contributing to the delivery of high-impact solutions in an Agile environment.

Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead reengineering initiatives Elicit, analyze,
