Technology Solutions Pay Details: $69,700 - $84,000 CAD This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance. Position Overview - IT Support Analyst This role is primarily responsible for providing RTB support for Banking Operations technology applications in a 24x7 follow the sun global support workplace. Provide high quality application and user support to ensure IT systems availability, reliability, and performance that support business processes globally Engage various IT teams in resolving incidents efficiently and effectively. Ensure problem resolutions are released in production on-time and with high quality.

Ensure change activities are performed on time, minimizing risk to the service/business environment Proactively review IT environment to ensure that steps are taken to support new IT related regulations and address gaps in the procedure Perform scheduled activities such as DR testing, user attestations, remediation of control audit, etc. Develop and maintain relationships with Client(s), Relationship Managers and Project Managers. Work effectively as a team, supporting other team members in achieving project/ business objectives and providing client services.

Support a positive work environment that promotes customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest. Provide after- hours support if required Experience in Banking Operations technologies and operations related to Compliance and Surveillance Practical working experience in multi-tier applications support. Practical experience of support both Physical, and VMware environments Must have experience working with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure support teams.

Experience in scripting,



automation and process improvement Working experience with the technologies like Linux RH, Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, Python and Java.

Experience in usage and configuration of monitoring tools.

Experience in release/deployment both manual deployment and using CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GITHub Experience in Linux, Oracle, MS SQL DB, ITRS, Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk Knowledge of Scripting, SQL and/or experience in programming languages such as Java and Python Strong in writing SQL (data retrieval/update/inserts) on DB2 / Oracle / MS SQL Server Knowledge of IT project & development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodology, and ITIL Experience in messaging, middleware, Java application servers Computer science or Mathematics degree desired Inspire a positive work environment and help champion quality, innovation, teamwork and service to the business.
