This role provides an opportunity to engage with WIP analysis, costing, and variance explanations, contributing to more informed financial decisions. A curious mindset is essential for digging deep into data across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage WIP continuity and month-end processes
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting




- Investigate discrepancies in production and costs
- Analyze manufacturing cost drivers and activities
- Reconcile data across numerous platforms

Requirements:

- 3–7+ years in accounting or finance roles
- Solid skills in financial analysis and reconciliations
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
- Advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
