Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Solid knowledge of BDD and Cucumber.
- Experience in E2E automation testing using Selenium.
- Proficiency in API testing.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Validate API requests, responses, status codes, payloads, headers, authentication, and data integrity.
- Develop automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Create and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Analyze API specifications (Swagger/OpenAPI) and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Perform database validation and backend data verification using SQL queries.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Generate test execution reports and quality metrics.
