This position requires full-time in office presence. Support, configure, and enhance ERP applications, with a focus on Finance and Payroll modules within JD Edwards Overseeing the enhancement and configuration of software applications within JD Edwards Finance & Payroll modules Act as key point of contact for application support, provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Explore and investigate data to develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into critical business decisions Build relationships and communicate with business teams to meet specific requirements including configuration, design and testing Locate and define process improvement opportunities that drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders, identify risks, and esca... when necessary Communicate technical concepts in easy-to-understand language for business stakeholders Education Required: Post Secondary Degree or College Diploma in Business, Finance,
