Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor CGC Aquatics, the Facility Programmer supports staffing and operations at the Canada Games Complex Pool.

This critical role includes staff scheduling, training for safe swim programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also handle public inquiries and assist with administrative reporting, ensuring a fun and safe environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and supervise staff, including hiring and evaluations
- Train staff for safe and enjoyable swim programs
- Communicate all codes and safety regulations clearly
- Manage public inquiries and pool bookings effectively
- Provide vacation relief for the Program Supervisor

Requirements:

- Certifications in CRCS/LSS Instructor, National Lifeguard, CPR Level C
- Two years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage teams
- Competent in Occupational Health & Safety regulations
