We are looking for an experienced Archer Solution Architect to join the team supporting enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives . The role will focus on defining enterprise architecture and solution strategy for RSA Archer/GRC platform implementations.

You will be responsible for designing scalable Archer solutions supporting Risk, Compliance, Audit, Privacy, and Regulatory programs. The position involves architecture design, enterprise integrations, data modeling, security architecture, platform governance, modernization, and providing technical leadership for complex Archer transformations.

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in Solution Architecture within enterprise technology environments.
- Hands-on experience with RSA Archer / Archer GRC implementations and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms and processes.
- Experience supporting Risk, Compliance, Audit, Privacy, and Regulatory programs.
- Robust knowledge of Archer solution design, data models, and integration patterns.
- Experience designing enterprise integration architecture and data flows.
- Strong understanding of security architecture, access controls, and platform governance.
- Experience developing target-state architecture and technology roadmaps.
- Experience with platform modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of architecture standards, governance,



and non-functional requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise architecture and solution strategy for RSA Archer/GRC platform implementations.
- Design scalable Archer solutions supporting Risk, Compliance, Audit, Privacy, and Regulatory programs.
- Establish integration patterns, data models, security architecture, and platform governance.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop and maintain Archer roadmaps and support platform modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, security teams, and delivery teams to align Archer capabilities with governance objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for complex Archer transformations.
- Evaluate integration, data, security, and platform requirements across enterprise systems.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and opportunities for modernization.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout the solution design and delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure Archer solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
