About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Lead to manage and deliver a range of exciting projects for their practice based in Kimberley . This role involves leading project teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard of design and technical quality. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closing of projects, playing a critical role in the firm's output and client satisfaction in the Northern Cape region. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated architect to take on significant project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project teams through all stages of the architectural design and construction process.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee the quality of construction.




- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant standards.

Requirements

- Registered Skilled Architect with SACAP.
- Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership.
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Kimberley .
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
