As a District Manager - Trainer West, you will oversee the performance of Swatch's retail stores across Western Canada, including Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams through impactful training and leadership. Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for achieving financial targets, enhancing customer experience, and delivering training programs that elevate team capabilities.
