The Ministry of Health, Drug Plan and Extended Benefit Branch’s Client Service Unit is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to work in a fast pace, call centre environment as an Assessor. The Ministry of Health, Drug Plan and Extended Perks Branch is responsible for the administration of 29 programs. This is done through a variety of activities, including responding to client inquiries, assessing program eligibility and processing payment.
As the successful candidate, you will be client service-focused and have experience working in a dynamic team environment to respond to inquiries and program inquiries through a variety of channels and methods. You will provide exceptional client service to clients, doctors, pharmacies and service providers.
