Assistant General Manager

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure that menu offerings and drink specials are executed flawlessly and meet guest expectations.

Continuously coach and mentor team members, helping them grow and develop in their roles while preparing them for future leadership opportunities. 1–2+ years of experience managing a high‑volume restaurant or bar. ~ Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financials and control costs. ~ A guest‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering top‑tier service. ~ A genuine passion for hospitality and building a positive team culture.
