Key Roles &
- Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock verification, cycle counting, reconciliation, and ERP updates.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate material flow with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices to ensure efficient inventory utilization.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including GRNs, stock transfers, delivery records, and inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, allocate responsibilities, and support staff training and development.
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, material shortages, damages, and related corrective actions.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse processes, equipment utilization, and operational costs.
- Prepare and submit warehouse performance, inventory, and operational reports to management.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to support business operations.
Requirements &
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, preferably in the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory transactions, and warehouse documentation.
- Sound understanding of GMP, warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and material handling practices.
- Proven ability to coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, vendors, and transporters.
- Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise teams, drive process improvements, and maintain operational efficiency.

- ERP/Warehouse Management System proficiency.
