The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and business growth. This role requires a committed leader who takes ownership of results, develops team members, and approaches the business with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Hours : Full time; Shifts : Shifts will vary to suit the business needs. Your first month will be as a Customer Service Rep (CSR), then promotion to Assistant Manager Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational goals. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Assist with daily operations, including equipment, storage, retail sales, cash handling, and facility appearance. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase sales, and grow the business.

Support the General Manager and confidently oversee store operations in their absence. Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources appropriately for projects Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
