Project Manager Assistant – Property Restoration

Kamloops, BC | Full-Time

$27.00–$32.00 per hour

Total Restoration Services Kamloops is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager Assistant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in the property restoration industry who is looking for a recent opportunity and the next step in their career.

Working closely with our Project Managers, the successful candidate will assist with the coordination and administration of insurance restoration projects from initial assignment through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project schedules, documentation and job files
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, trades and suppliers
- Track project progress, approvals and outstanding items
- Assist with work orders, purchase orders, invoicing and job costing
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation
- Support Project Managers in keeping projects organized and on schedule

Qualifications

- Previous property restoration experience is strongly preferred




- Experience in project coordination, construction or insurance claims is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis or restoration management software is an asset
