The position includes monitoring and implementing daily activities that align with our mission, vision, and values, while operating under the supervision of a manager. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in delivering purposeful activities for clients
- Support the overall mission and values of Northern Health
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
- Work effectively within a team and under supervision
- Engage clients with diverse interests through activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Activity Worker in assisted living
- Strong understanding of client-centered care principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 16:30
- Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
