MDW Family Law provides family law services to clients across Nova Scotia, including matters before the Court of Appeal. Our team of experienced lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants works closely together to provide practical advice, strong advocacy, and compassionate support. We believe families are the foundation of our communities.
Our goal is to provide timely, practical legal guidance while supporting clients through every stage of their family law matter. We strive to build trusted relationships and help clients move forward with confidence.

Approximately 3–7 years of legal experience
Family law experience (preferred, but not required)
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
Bilingual (English/French) skills are considered an asset
As an Associate Family Lawyer, you will: Meet with clients to provide legal advice and move matters forward
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court materials
Attend court appearances and other legal proceedings
Work collaboratively with lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants
